Ahson Syed
Sh.Ahson Syed was born and raised in Southern California.He completed memorization of the Quran in 1997, and then went on to study the Arabic language and Islamic Shariah at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
During his stay in Saudi Arabia, along with his formal studies in the university, he benefited from sitting in the gatherings of some of the greatest scholars of our time, including Shaikh Abdul Aziz ibn Baz, Shaikh Muhammad ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen, Shaikh Muhammad Al-Muktar Al- Shinqeeti, and others (may Allah preserve those who are living and have mercy upon those who have passed away).
Shaikh Ahson is currently the Imam and Religious Director of King Fahad Mosque in Culver City, where he gives regular lessons in Tafsir, Seerah and Fiqh. He also regularly visits other masajid in Southern California as a guest khateeb.

that the Prophet (saw) said to Hasan: “O Allah, I love him, so love him and love those who love him.” He said: “And he hugged him to his chest.” (Sahih)
